Terms of Service

The use of our services is governed by the following terms and conditions.


Booking and Rescheduling:

Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any penalties. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee equivalent to the scheduled service.

Access to Premises:

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure access to the premises at the agreed-upon time of the appointment. Failure to grant access may result in fees being retained without the completion of cleaning services.

Pet Policy:

For the safety of our cleaning team, all pets, especially dogs, must be secured or kept in a designated area during the cleaning appointment.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are granted if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service and only if no work has commenced. Once cleaning has started, refunds will not be issued.

Payment:

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees.

Scope of Services:

Crystal Sparkle Clean reserves the right to modify or refuse service based on the condition of the premises, health and safety concerns, or any other factor that may impede the completion of quality service.

Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of your property, Crystal Sparkle Clean is not liable for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process. Please secure or remove any valuables or items of sentimental value.

Client Cooperation:

Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to provide accurate information about the premises and any specific instructions or requests. Failure to do so may affect the quality of service provided.

Safety:

Safety: Our cleaning team reserves the right to cease work if they feel their safety is compromised due to the condition of the premises or any other factor.

Communication:

Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or special requests directly to Crystal Sparkle Clean's customer service for prompt resolution.

Code of Conduct:

Crystal Sparkle Clean expects clients to treat its staff with respect and courtesy. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.

Quality Assurance:

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address and rectify the issue promptly.

Termination of Service:

Crystal Sparkle Clean reserves the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these terms or any other reasonable grounds.

Changes to Terms:

These terms of service may be updated or modified at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. (January 2024)
